Leaders, The Merchant Services co Totally dishonest...every time they charged my account....they just took another 350.00 dollars for cancellation....RIP OFF Thousand Oaks California
The entire process was dishonest from the start...there was never any one to assist in using the swip device for processing credit cards. They assured me when i signed up that there was no montlhy fee and no cancellation fee. They charged me 95.00 dollars ...for nothing...i called to correct the fee...i never received a refund. They then helped themselves to a 350.00 dollar fee to cancel the account. I can not believe that this type of company could still be allowed to rip people off.
