 In January of 2013 I called Learder Merchant Services co. to be able to take credit cards in my business. We went through the sign up process. Before we got the the end I got transfered to another person who filled me in on the charges that would be taken out of my bank account at Wells Fargo. I told the man that those were not the charges I had agreeded to and I wanted to cancel the service. That was before I ever swiped a card. He said they would send me a box to send the reader back.

I never got one but on 01/07/13 Leaders removed $45. from my account which I assumed was for the reader. I called and informed them I had canceled to account. On 02/04/13 They removed $7.95 from my account. I called again to remind them I had canceled my account. On 03/04/13 they again removed $7.95 from my account. I called and the rude lady said I had not answered my e-mail from them with a form that I had to sign and send back to them. I told her I never got it. she said it must have went into my junk e-mail.

I asked her to send me another which she did and on 03-05-13 I made a PDF copy of the form I had signed and sent it back to them via e-mail. I also sent a copy to my other e-mail address BBC to make sure I did everything right. On 04/02/13 Leaders took $136.95 out of my account at Wells Fargo. I then called Wells Fargo to file a complaint. Wells Fargo opened the complaint and said I should hear in 10 business days what was happening. On 05/15/13 Leaders again took from my account $179.00. I called Wells Fargo and filed another complaint for the $179.00.

I had been calling to Check on my $136.95 complaint every 10 days since I filed the complaint so I asked the lady how it was doing. She went away from the phone and came back to say that Wells Fargo had denined the claim. I told her I had a paper trail of all the above statements and she informed me that I could refile the complaint. I have since closed my account with Wells Fargo. It would shock me very much if Wells Fargo ever did anything about any of my complaints. and if they get a credit for any of my money I am sure they will just keep it. Thank You Rip Off Report for letting me Vent. I will also be filing a report againts Wells Fargo, Web.com, ecosites for the same type of practices.
