My name is Samantha and I working in a company that recieved leads from LeadsbyFone.

In the short time that we ware working with thar lead company we found that what reported by gigentic and another firm from John simpson from Dalas TX is the same like what happend to us.

It seem like this company think that people are fools, we are taking the calls directly to our phone and every one knows that some times there are deleys and ehst ring five times may wring 0 times in the other side. 

So in this case even if it is a marketing call leads by fone want to get a full amount that sometimes can be $300 per lead and sometimes more.

This is must be a joke, and I wonder how could they explain that.

About the out of area calls they need to be shamed from the answer that they ware putting on there answer, we give a specific area whare we give service and you want to charge us for reciving calls from an area that we dont even drive to. How could they blame the service provider I dont know, and why is Leadsbyfone try to blame there customers for there own mistakes and expect them to pay for it.

How ever it is looks like that who ever own that company is a scamer and very un professional, they clame to have many companies to work with from my knowledge companies dont stay long with them and the companies they work with are revolving.

Since the only information the lady gave was her first name - Samantha...I cannot research any details of her issues since we have over 500 customers we service.  I also think that this may be a competitor posting this who obviously needs to take an english course since some of the grammar and spelling I cannot understand.  What I can say is this customer if they are a customer was only billed for calls that she agreed to as per the 3 page agreement she signed.  I can also say as owner of this company, I am not a scammer.  I owned a water damage company for 10 years and have operated Leadsbyfone for almost 7 years.  We have over 500 mostly happy customers, have 200 companies on waiting list and have national endorsements from Puroclean, 800 Water Damage, and AdvantaClean.  We generated over $100M in incremental revenue for our clients in 2014 and will surpass $150M this year.  I welcome "Samantha" to call me directly on my cell at (((Redacted))) and I will be glad to look into her issues.    Or she can respond to this report with more detailed info other than her first name.  Thanks for reading my response.  I take any negative comments on my company very personal and will do whatever I can to be fair and resolve any issues unless the person is unwilling to be fair or reasonable.   Paul Robinson
