Complaint Review: Leaf Filter North of Texas

Chandler Powell, Residential Accounts Manager for Leaf Filter North of Houston, Cpowell792@yahoo preys on the elderly and charges twice the going rates knowing they are not familiar with Google or other venues for checking prevailing rates.

The product may be acceptable but varying prices based on age is criminal and they should be required to publish rates on their website...something they won't do, preferring to enter into pressure filled one on one sales pitches with the elderly who cannot afford nor recognize when they are being bilked out of money they don't have.

This is criminal and imagine if their parents were treated in this fashion.
