 I ordered 2 combos from this company of high quality, Brightleaf Combo - 2 Lbs Brightleaf Sweet Combo - 5 Lbs some of which of High quality. I always ordered from them since 2011 I received the products I opened the first 2 lb combo start smoking and " IT TASTES LIKE SOME KIND OF CHEMICAL ADDED ON THE LEAF " Its tastes so bitter and made me cough My lungs out , at first I couldn't believe it , why the would send me a tobacco of this quality Been a customers since 2013 !!!! I contacted the company I explained to them all situation and I have toke snapshots photos of the conversation which I ll added to this report they said wash from the bitter taste its like they knew exactly whats up with it !! and on the other hand how they treats me as customer part of this company comes in the form of their customer service. so horrible , Not only are they full of excuses and diminished responsibility, but they are outright rude and aggressive even stating that "they do not have time to deal with complaints". ( I now regret) every referral I sent to this company!!! . Leafonly.com sent moldy black and dark brown leaves, and it smells chemical and it cant be smoked wash it what M I laundry store why you send me tobacco that can cause me lung cancer a company and staff their excuses are endless disgusting the product was attempted to blame the consumer for lack of care and said they could not take responsibility for poor handling. The tones in both written and verbal communication were enough to see how little this company cares for customers. So egotistical that not only do they refuse to make right or take responsibility for the wrong, but act as if it is an irritation to deal with a customer. they think of you as a nothing not even a human been buyer is a addict a smoker who will say nothing when their mistake is committed 100 percent honesty I did not wish to have to write this review but felt obligated due to the fact that this is the absolute most immoral customer service I have experience from a company in my life. I only asked them to send me the proper products and take theirs chemically Cure Flue tobacco Worst Products and customer service !!

  yes I was on vacation but my tobacco stored properly as I learned the past years how to stored raw leaf tobacco tempters-wise and glass jars and I make sure its stored properly! so their fore your statements is invalid , cause your products its been sprayed with chemical and shipped to me !!!! SHAME ON YOU LEAFONLY YOU SHOULD NEVER SAY , ME BEEN ON VACATION RUINED THE TOBACCO IT DIDN'T my tobacco stored properly I enjoy my cigarettes and , I take extra care of my tobacco! its awfully strange that every order I had from you stayed perfect well over 8 month even when it gets dried up just ad spay of water on it and it comes back smells good and tastes great ! , BUT THIS ONE IS SPRAYED WITH CHEMICAL EVEN WASHING IT WITH WATER WONT TAKE IT OUT !!! besides you seems to know whats wrong with the tobacco leaf , Thats why you suggests to wash it clearly has been sprayed with chemical While its in your warehouse for unknown reason!! , you suggested I wash it , and I have tried washing few leaves and that disgusted chemical smell stayed on it cause its been on it for a long time at your warehouse !! I have paid between costs and shipping and UPS brokerage fees in canadian dollar over 240.00 you sure its my place to wash it ? its not my place to wash it , I PAID YOU TOP DOLLARS nor you should sold it to me or any other buyer , you well aware I have been a faithful customer THE PAST FEW YEARS , you do remember how you sent me a parcel MISSING ABOUT 1/2 LB TOBACCO , and you did sent me the different on my next order when I told you about it , I speaks the truth regardless , - LEAFONLY SHIPPED ME CHEMICALLY POISONOUS TOBACCO LEAF - LEAFONLY REFUSED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM - LEAFONLY SUGGESTED I WASH IT - I TRIED TO WASH IT ,WASHING DIDN'T REMOVE THE CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE ON THE LEAF -

This customer has been ordering about once or twice a year for a couple of years now. Every time he orders, he will contact us months later to let us know that his tobacco is terrible and he wants a replacement. Every time I have to advise him that our refund policy states we need to be notified within a week of him receiving his product. Not to mention he orders online, and agrees to our Terms of Service when he places his order. His order was placed on 10/18/16 and he didn’t contact us until 1/12/16. We sell agricultural tobacco…just like fruits and vegetables at the grocery store. You can’t allow the tobacco to sit around without being properly taken care of or stored, or else it will go bad.

 

I’ve had numerous conversations with this customer explaining how he can take care of the tobacco and how to store it. Unfortunately, this time I advised him that there was nothing else we could do to help him with this order, because twice we have offered him free tobacco and the last time we did, we told him that we are not going to be able to offer this again. On his last order, Nasser even spoke to one of the owners, who not only advised him in explicit detail about what he needs to do when he gets his package, but was also very clear that we can’t keep replacing his tobacco.

 

When he contacted us yesterday, he explained that he was on vacation and just got to opening up his package and stated that the tobacco was bad. I explained that if it sat around for 3 months in the original packaging that it probably did go bad, but explained how he could resolve the issue. I explained that he could wash the tobacco, like a head of lettuce, to remove some of the nicotine, which is making the tobacco taste bitter. Nasser stated that he didn’t have time to do that and wanted a replacement. I advised that we were not going to be able to do that for him this time and he threatened to file a bad review. I also explained to him that maybe this type of tobacco wasn’t something that he should be ordering, if he doesn’t have the time to process it to get the desired end product that he wants. Agricultural tobacco is a lot of work and if you don’t want to do the work necessary, than maybe it would be best not to spend money on something that you don’t want to put the work into and have it go to waste.

 

Since we sell an agricultural product, we are very clear about our refund policy and do the best we can to inform the customer what they need to do to make sure their product doesn’t go bad. Every time I print a shipping label, I also send out an email with steps on what the customer needs to do when they receive their product to prevent it from going bad and how to store it.

 

I apologized to Nasser for him not being happy and thanked him numerous times for his business; which he left out of the screen shots he attached to this complaint. Unfortunately, there are customers that you just can’t make happy no matter what you do for them. I’m sorry that it was you Nasser.
