I purchased a deal from Half Price Ozarks Deals through this company, and they have now say that they no availability and keep trying to substitute for another resort for additional charge. The customer service department is pretty bad, and often argumentative. They say they will call me back and they never do stating that they are too busy. I have contacted Half Price Ozarks Deals. Buyer Beware!
