Complaint Review: Leaky Nozzle

 Paid for the use of Firehouse scheduler years ago with the understanding that it was a one time fee. Bought both the IOS and Android versions. I practically set up most of my department on the calendar. The scumbag of an owner of the calendar has now decided that the one time fee needs to be paid again, along with a yearly subscription. He didn't just change his terms for future purchases, he is requiring that even those who purchased it and helped promote his product before it was known had to pay for it again. He was contacted and his reply was extremely rude and nonsensical. His excuse is that he needs the money to update the app. All the updates recently have broken the calendar. It is very buggy and lost most of its previous functionality. So he wants people to pay more (and again) for less of a product. He claims to be a firefighter himself, but ripping off firefighters isn't something we do to each other. He is a disgrace to the brotherhood and should be ashamed. If you need a calendar for you fire department schedule. Use Google calendar. It will do everything his will for free with less chance of being ripped off by a dirt bag with a badge.
