I ordered a FREE sample of Maximum Burn Xtreme and paid $3.95 for shipping and handling. I was advised by my Doctor not to take this due to my disability.

I just noticed the company charged me $87.47 (plus) for a new supply of this weight loss product. I called them and they REFUSED to issue me refund. I haven't even received the product.

I am on disability and low income. I can now not pay my electric bill. This should NOT be allowed, as they put it in very fine print. They are scamming people. I URGE no one to order Maximum Burn Xtreme. I am going to contact the State Attorney Generals Office as well.

SCAMMERS and there are a lot of postings to this affect when you google this product!

outcome of the scam by diet max acai berry diet pills

No resolution at all. I spoke with a rep from Diet Max by the name of Stephanie Castro Agent 490 (probably fake name). She said she cancelled any future shipments. Went to bank, cancelled card on the 13th. On the 16th of Sept. I was billed again for another $87.47 plus $2.95 plus international fees of 3%. The bank has denied all my claims, even though I told them to put a stop payment to this company. I had to close all accounts with WELLS FARGO and even the fraud department was uncooperative. All around I'm really pissed as you can imagine. I did receive the product yesterday. Definately not worth $87.47. You will find this "so called diet" under many many names on the internet. Just stay away from all of them, you can purchase acai berry in a health food store.

Here are a few more company names/websites I came across:
(((Redacted)))

The original site: (((Redacted))) has been taken down. I'd like to find an attorney that could handle a class action suit against this manufacturer! I've written to the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and recommend if you got ripped off, do the same. Just google any acai berry diet AND STAY AWAY!
