He is under federal investigation and the authorities would like your cooperation. Please contact the FBI, IRS and/or the FTC to report the treatment you have received.

I have a friend in an influential position with a government agency looking into income records and all other financial and personal records of Mr Brailow.

He has ruined the reputation of upstanding supplement companies, and other internet marketing companies with his business practices.

Please Consumers, Put an immediate stop to this.

For All interested in finding out more about this company and the fraud practices, please contact the Utah Department of Consumer Protection. They have over 200 Cases and complaints and are considering criminal action.

You're still doing business with all of the banks you had accounts with? Then why did you switch your product/billing name every couple of months? Why did you start applying for merchant accounts in your wife's name? Is that a trick Joey and Johnny taught you?



Yes, we all know the terms and conditions were posted. However, you failed to adhere to these terms and conditions. You stated in a previous report:



If after trying LeanLife PM , and you decide you do not wish to receive the 90-day supply, simply contact us within 14 days of the day you placed your order. It is as easy as that. Simply e-mail us at customercare@leanlifepm.com. You will receive an email confirmation.



However, the email address you provided was just an auto reply, and even if customers returned their bottles, you still didn't give them credit. They had no choice but to initiate a chargeback. The only reason you made any refunds was because you entered into an agreement with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. You also provided customers with a long distance phone number that no one ever answered.



And yes, there is another company that has your product now. And yes, they're now billing past customers who have since cancelled. Everyone is aware. However, you chose to do business with them. You knew what was going on. It's unfortunate they continue to rip people off. But hey, what did you expect?



Why am I so angry? Because you've ripped off thousands. And now you're trying to blame NovaPointe for all your problems. You can't possibly expect everyone to believe you were innocent in this scheme?



And to make matters worse, I'm being blamed for problems and making peoples lives a living hell. What for? Because I've called you out a few times on a public forum? I'm being told to "back off" and "get a dog". What the hell is that about?



Yeah, you could say I'm a little upset. Don't hold your breathe for that phone call. I have no interest in speaking with you. The damage has already been done. I think all of LeanLife's reports speak for themselves.

I have been reading this thread and this is my first post. You need to know a few important Facts:

Not one financial institution has incurred any losses from my accounts; as a matter of fact, I am still doing business with all of the banks I had accounts with; BECAUSE THEY DID NOT INCUR ANY LOSSES. So your information is incorrect.



The Terms & Conditions were clearly posted right next to the order button; the customers new exactly what they were getting and how it worked. However, we have refunded every customer that has requested their money back.



We are not in the business anymore and have not been for several months. There is another company that has taken our products, and customers base, using similiar descriptors, and has continued to bill them WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION.

We have been battling with them to stop doing this ever since. This is not us; I think you know exactly what company is doing this.



You seem to have some real issues with me, that's fine. Why don't you call me directly at 801-563-8185 and we can discuss what you are so angry about and see if it can be resolved. I do look forward to hearing from you.

You know of no financial institution that has lost any money on his/your account? Well I do. I also know of several hundred individuals that have lost money because of Lean Life PM/Night Time Fat Burner/JAB Ventures. So what? How is this knowledge slander?



You know who I am? I'm so scared. And how the h**l am I doing any harm to you guys? You guys are the ones who screwed over all your customers with your stupid auto ship policy.



No, I won't keep out of this business, as it does affect me. I have to look at your stupid crap every day. Along with every one else on this site.



I'm making several companies lives hell? How? By responding to these posts? Wow, I didn't know I was so important.



And no, I won't back off, you scammer. Are you trying to threaten me? What are you going to do? Lean Life is gone. Get over it.



I already have a dog, but thanks. I really wasn't looking for any love here. Any more suggestions?

Ripped Off As Well

I ordered a sample from this company and got charged. I called my credit card company and got contact information. I called them and cancelled the account and reported it as fraud in Feb 06. In Aug 28, 2006 they charged my account for FS Hoodia $69.95 I called my credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge. On Sept 06, 2006 they decided to start charging my card again without my permission for Lean Life PM $79.95. I called the 800 number supplied for LeanLife and they are crappy people.



They are a third party vendor and they refuse to give the parent company's information. They say the don't know about the FS Hoodia product even though you only gave you information this one company. It is ridiculous that these people won't give you the parent company information. They don't care if you call and cancel a 100 times, they say you went on line an ordered the product. They don't even mail the product to you home so you can return to sender. I called my credit card company and told them to give me a new account number and they complied.

Yes Mr Brailow was fined 100,000 , and that is public knowledge. My apology was due to incorrect statements I had made publicaly and privately.



I know of no financial institutions that have lost any money on his accounts.



Please feel free to investigate and give proof before you post anything. I learned my lesson and saved myself lawsuits and legal action.



I ask you do the same.



I think the situation needs to be resolved before you or I or anyone else can make accusations based on heresay. Holly, we know who you are and regret to let you know, that your postings could be defined as slander. You are doing more harm than good to the entire situation.



Please keep out of business that does not affect you. Did you lose money on Mr Brailow? I didn't think so. You are making many different companies life's hell right now, I suggest you back off and leave it alone. Get a dog, they love you regardless.

Jason, what are you the author of and why are you apologizing? The original poster was Mark Jacobs from Salt Lake City, Utah. While I will agree with you that Jason Brailow did not cause other businesses to fail (that was their own fault), Mr. Brailow is not exactly innocent. He owes hundreds of thousands of dollars to various institutions. He was also fined $100,000 by the state of Utah. So please, JASON, fill us in on how innocent JASON Brailow is.

After months of investigation , and lengthy investment on my part to find out the truth, I have to admit I was wrong.



Jason Brailow was not the instigator of the problems and situation discussed. There was never an investigation , to my knowledge into Jason's financial record/ history or otherwise. He was not then or now the target of any investigation or criminal prceeding.



The Rip off Report was based on false bias information, and I didn't do my own research in the beginning. I am truly sorry. Mr Brailow did not cause other supplement companies or related businesses to fail. The billing model of such business was the culprit.



Please take this into account before you judge the individual listed.
