I wrote the following emails on November 6 and 11. I have yet to recieve any reply. I recieved the pills I cancelled yesterday, November 25. The packing slip is dated 11/7/05, the day after I cancelled by email as per the instructions on the website. I still have not recieved a refund and now I have three bottles of pills I did not order.

Cancel my order. You were not supposed to bill me until my 14 days were up, you billed me already, My 14 days are up 11/7/05. I do not appreciate that. I expect to be reimbursed since you did not wait until the proper time.

I also wanted to add that I did not recieve my shippment until yesterday, so I didn't even have a chance to try your product before you billed me. I think in the interest of customer service you should consider this might not be good for your business.

I expect a refund of my money no later than Friday, November 18. You are being reported to the BBB by me for the sneaky way you do business. I didn't even recieve my free trial until you already billed my credit card. Do not attempt to ship any more of your product to me to justify taking my money. I will see about seeking fraud charges if you can't even give me the courtesy of a reply.
