I would like to alert everyone about Lean Life PM. I was coined by an internet offer too good to be true. I saw an advertisement that meniton trying Hoodia Thin for $1.99 shipping and handling for 14 days. It was my understanding that I can canel prior to the free trial period to avoid auto shipment and being billed, but I was wrong. First of all, my product was received with the seal partially opened and I contacted customer service to have a replacement shipment sent out and from that experience I did not want to deal with Lean Life any further. I did not have any information that accoumpanied my order. I called the number for Fitness Clubhouse.com which is 1-800-972-2241 listed on the bottle. I then called the customer service number given by Fitness Clubhouse who claimed that they separated from Lean Life PM. I was also directed to email customercare@hoodiaforfree.com with any customer care complaints. I received several auto responses, but I never spoke with anyone. I sent several emails to cancel the shipment before the trial period ended, but like everyone else who was ripped off, I was billed on the same day I sent the email to cancel the shipment for $99.90. I was heated, so I made several calls to Fitness Clubhouse and I was given the number 909-930-3087 to reach customer service. I was not able to make contact with anyone, I left my name and number serveral times and still no response. I started looking on the internet for information on this complany and discovered complete rip-off report site and I was stunned at the amount of people who listed reports for the same company. I have contacted the bank, and I was told that the charges will be reversed if I can provide proof that I made an effort to contact customer service via my emails, and evidence of fraud.....I have several copies of my email submissions and I am going to my bank for a reversal charge of $99.90. I would like to participate in a class action legal case against this company for the wasted time and effort invested in trying to retrieve my funds. Good luck to everyone and be persistent. We are not at fault, it is companies like Lean Life that will be at fault when they are charged. We have only temporarily lost $99.90, and the money that they have capitalized on will be needed for legal purposes. I am sure they will eventually pay!
