Company hides it true identity behind a registration at Domainsbyproxy. This behavior continued despite written notification and return of the merchandise. Scottsdale Arizona

Company fails to cancel the trial of there products. Despite written communication (snail mail) and products being returned, the company continues it behavior. The company hides its true identity behind a registration with Domainsbyproxy.com. Complaints should be filed with Domainsbyproxy and with InterNic regarding the fradulant use of the domain and domain registration services to conduct illegal, deceptive trade practices in violation of federal interstate commerce laws. In addition, you should file complaints with the FTC and your state's attorney general. Contact your bank/credit card company and advise that the charges are unauthorized, fradulant and ask them to reverse the charges. Ask them to block further charges by this vendor, or to close and issue you a new account number.
