I have been trying to lose weight. I saw the free sample add just pay shipping and handleing only. I thought what could it hurt if it doesn't work I wont order any more. I got the first bottle. Then I got my bank statement there was the $97.41 charge.

I went to my bank and got a print out of all my charges. This is were i got a nuber to call about the charge it is 1-866-370-7271. Still at this time all i have receved is the suposed free sample.

The first time called was when i foud out what the 97.41 charge was for. I told the lady I didn't want any more of the product. She told me it had already been mailed. I had to wait for it to get here. Then I was to call back and get return instructions.

Once they receved the product back I would get my money in 3 to 4 days. When I called back the secound time i was told they don't give refunds on the first supply. I could under stand this if i had opened them, but I haven't. I also think this is false addvertisement. There was nothing in the add about the other charge or I wouldn't have ordered it!

I was also out $32.00 for insufficient funds. I didn't have that kind of money. I have six kids I needed that money badly. I think it's BS they are trying to get away with ripping people off. If you call the number I gave all they do is give you the run around.

Not only that those people are just the middle men. I feel sorry for them they are dealing with all the BITCHING from people. It would benice if one of them would let their voice be heard and help people like us. That this company has taken advantage of. They're getting rich off of all the trusting ones. Let's put a stop to it NOW!

Is they target the very ones that cannot afford their services. Then they try to force us to buy their product with their auto ship program which they do so we will not miss on shipment of their product "which does not work".

Alot of these companies are out of California that do this advertising scheme. Either California does not have a law that prevents this or they have one that allows it. And recently an affiliated company through Trugenix I found was in New York.

We need to write the Attorney General in those States and let them know we are victims and this is a dishonest advertising practice and they are litterally stealing our money for something that I have learned is not even approved as they claim.

I agree with ripoffreports BBB is worthless if that company has paid membership. They will support them.

Please lets unite and stop this company. And please someone can we start a class action suit. I have no clue how but im the first one signing if we do.

These people target the ones least able to afford this and they try and force you to buy their product.

If you send your product back in a trackable manner to prove it was shipped back they have to refund you. Dispute this through your credit card or debit cards however you were taken in.
