Same story different day. Bored? Browsing the Web? Maybe desperate for extra cash? Well go ahead click on that survey, just like I did. Filled them all out, whipped out the old credit card for a free trial and just pay $1.99 for shipping and handling (no big deal, it's just 200 pennies, duh!)

In the end I'm gonna get that brand new laptop or $500 gift card. I'll come out on top for just a few bucks spent, right? WRONG!

Read on friends, most of us discovered a charge for $90-$110 to our credit cards that we didn't authorize. Oops, no prob, just call them tell them they are mistaken right? WRONG! You get a voicemail and leave a message (if ur lucky)but they never call back, or maybe you get Miss. PMSUSA who tells you to read the fine print stupid.

So you start peruising the web, just google them and you wind up here with the rest of us screwed, totally pissed off people. They do their credit card processing and shipping but won't tell you how to reach them. The (909) you get and voicemail is actually located in NovaPointe's office (I did get that out of them)

Do as they say here, call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Then "DON'T GET MAD - GET EVEN - LIKE I DID!"
