Complaint Review: LeanRX.com

LeanRX debited my account on 3 seperate occasions without my permission or my odering any product from them. The 1st was for $79.95, then for $79.95 and then for $74.95. The only diet product I ever ordered online was Hoodia. LeanRX must have gained access to my debit card number ILLEGALLY and took it upon themselves to debit my account.

I reported this to my bank and was able to get the bank to refund my money. The bank has reported these events to the proper authorities. I have since closed that account and opened a new one with a new card. When I tried to call LeanRX at 800-296-2029 a very nice young girl said she did not work for LeanRX and that she has been getting many calls regarding them.

I asked her who it was that I was calling and she would not reveal the company name for whom she worked...all she said was she worked customer service for several different companies and LeanRX was not one of them. She guessed that the phone company had the lines crossed. Be aware. Make sure you check your bank statements. And be very careful what you order online.
