I was charged $74.95 on 01/08/07 without my authorization

I was also charged $14.95 on 12/13/06 by Dream Smile without my authorization

I contacted GoDaddy.com as they are the ones hosting the domain, leanrx.net

I have sent forms in to my credit card company.
