LEANSPA. Acaiaberry Diet. Deceived me. Orange, Connecticut
I had trouble with Leanspa. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I requested ONLY a sample bottle. Instead they sent a sample, and a large bottle, I did not even request, and billed me for the sample, and this large bottle(couldn't figure why I received it, since I did not ask for it). Then when I got my credit card statement...found they had billed me for the sample, and $80.00(79, and change) for the large bottle I didn't ask for. I called and complained, and asked for a refund, the woman I talked to, rudely said she refused to give me a refund. AND I was within the time frame for a refund. AND I also have reason to think I can't even use any of it. It contains Niacin, and I can't take that. Now I am sorry I bothered with them at all. I am very upset and angry with them.

SEEMS I REMEMBER PAGES ON THIS BERRY SCAM....
YOU COULD TRY MAKING A REPORT TO YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL OF YOUR STATE AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ---BUT THEY DID SEND YOU SOMETHING FOR YOUR MONEY.
THE SCAM USUALLY BILLS YOU FOR A NEW BOTTLE EVERY MONTH.
DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE PHONE OR ON THE INTERNET TO ANYBODY BECAUSE OF INCIDENTS LIKE THIS!
I HOPE YOU LEARNED SOMETHING FROM THIS AND YOU WON'T DO IT AGAIN!
