I have wriiten a prevouis report on how Lean spa ripped me off!!! I would just like to give advise to anyone else who is going through this. First Close your credit card right away, They will keep billing you and keep sending you pills you never asked for. Put in a dispute with your credit card. Call them right away, the possibilty of them answering is slim because your account is linked with your phone. Even when the automated service says your account is cancelled its not. You have to get through to a person. Make sure you report it to the Better business bereau in CT. They will help fight for you also . Print every thing you do w/ lean spa to prove they were only to bill the ship and handle charge. Print anything you made complaints with and document. Refer your credit card co, to this site and the BBB in CT. It shows how many of us have been taken by unauthorized charges. Make comments on the lean spa site. They do read the e-mails , I did several and it seems they answered within 2 mins after I had caused such a fuss with them, letting them know they were not going to get away with this. LIke i said complain alot if you cant get through the phone no is linked to your account. They SAID they would reverse the charges no problem, my next syep is to sit back and see if It actually happned. I returned every thing they sent, the pills they sent acually make your stomach really sick. I threw the crap away and sent back there empty bottles, I have to pay shipping and handle on crap I never authorized to send. I am certainly not going to pay any more than I already have by having more weight on the scale at the post office when I send it back. If I dont see the charges reversed within 10 business days , thats how long my card co. said it should take then I will proceed with the dispute and have all the neccesary proof i need showing Lean spa in Error. GOOD LUCK TO ALL who haven fallen prey to Leanspa. And remeber if it sounds to good to be true..... You know the story
