Complaint Review: LeanspaLLC

Leanspa is just another scam.  I ordered a 30 day trial bottle of leanspa.  They took $79.99 out of my checking account on April 7,2011.  I sent the empty bottle back on April 19,2011 with RMA number that they gave me and the address they told me to send it to  (Milford Ct, 06460) with the RMA # on the envelope. They recieved it back on April 25,2011. via the delivery and confirmation receipt.

I called to check on the refund in May. They sent me an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled and my refund would be received in 7-10 days.  I called again in June when I had not recieved my refund yet and the lady said she would put a rush on it to be reviewed and I should receive it in a few days.

Sill, I have not recieved my refund. It is now July7,2011.  I called today and waited 90 mins on hold.  They hung up on me after the first 30 mins.  Ofcourse I called right back and waited 60 mins.  When the guy got on the phone I could NOT believe what he is now saying...  I sent it to the wrong address.   OMG.  I sent it to the address that they told me I had to send it to.  I couldnt believe it.  Now, How do I fight that??
