Four days ago i contacted leap frog inc to get some infromation about a system i have.  I asked if the product was still avavilable i was told yes, and that i could find it any many local stores.the next day i contacted leap frog again and ordered 5 discs from them.after trying to get there system hooked up to my dvd system i waited on the phone for 30 minutes and got no help.

i called them back the next day after 1 hour on the phone waiting to talk to someone, technical support people informed me that there product would not work with my dvd player.  even though ther instruction booklet gave me 3 different codes to try and my dvd player was listed in the book as showing it was compatable with there system.

rather going out and buying a new dvd player i decide to return there system to walmart and find something that would work. a customer service person at walmart informed me that there was a recall on this product and was not to be restocked for sale.

 i feel as a consumer since this was recalled item this company should have never excepted my order for the system i was trying to use.  the company should have told me from day one about this recall and every person there failed to do there job and inform me of this recall.  anyone who has this product i suggest you call them and see if your system falls in to this isssue.
