Our company ordered $5079.00 worth of motor scooters on July 14,2010 and was told that we would receive the scooters no later than July 26,2010... On July 27 Tanya was notified of no receipt of the merchandise and she said they hadn't shipped yet. I asked her why we were told we would have them in 12 days and she said it takes time to do the shipping... A few days later I was given a Fedex Tracking Number as follows: 079LVL290999 which turned out to be a fraudulent number for some other shipment to another company in Georgia.... Then I was faxed another tracking number as follows: 730NVA450866 which again turned out to be a fraudulent number confirmed by FEDEX.....  I was told by Bank of America to call and notify this company to cancel my order and demand a refund....After that was unsucessful Bank of America took this as a dispute against my credit card and still have not resolved the issue with Leapparts. I was told today that I may have to settle for the scooters and I said that would be fine, but I don't expect to see the scooters either.... I will continue to dispute this against my credit card and push for this company and it's officers to be investigated and prosecuted by the Georgia authorities... This is out right fraud and I can't believe the hundreds of incidents that this company has been committing.... The anti-fraud authorities in Georgia should take a serious look at this company....  These individuals should be in prison for fraud.
