When I received my credit card statement, I found out the charge was from the Learning Annex instead of Traffic Geyser, and contacted them on the following emails feedback@learningannex.com / williamz@LearningAnnex.com. I waited two days and sent another set of email, and still no reply. I also contacted and left a message for someone to get back to me, but so answer. in the first message I mentioned about the refund request, and no reply was returned. In the second call, I left a message for someone to call me back with no additional message, and a call was returned promptly within 24 hours. I was unavailable and returned the call later that day. The message was screwed up, so I got the name of the person incorrectly.
I decided to wait another few days, and called again. I spoke with an customer service person, names Michael K. (michaelk at learningannex.com) was very helpful to me and I sent him all the documentation on PDF file, and he will look into it. It's been 8 days since he has received the info. I have not heard from him. He appears to be at work only on Monday and Friday. The staff at the Learning Annex has not been able to access my file, and have said no notes or details about the case has been updated.
I have continually followed up with Traffic Geyser also, and posting on their support log, but the log closes out within 72 hours, after the staff person Gina response back. It is frustrating. Gina said she has also been frustrated by the slow refund action of the Learning Annex. I seriously don't care about the game playing. I just want this issue fixed.
I am at a loss on what to do. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with the Learning Annex. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. I even met my wife at the Donald Trump Real Estate Expo in October.

The Learning Annex guarantees all of our events and works very hard to resolve any concerns regarding instructors that appear at any of our events. We have taught hundreds of thousands of students successfully. We are sorry to hear that this student, as a 10-year Learning Annex student, was disappointed with his purchase at our event. We were able to identify the author of this post and are glad to note that the student was refunded in full for his purchase several months ago. At the Learning Annex, we only want happy students. Period. We have had this guarantee for 30 years.
