Response to BBB claim

The Learning Annex has been in business for over 25 years. We maintain a satisfactory rating with the BBB. We have never joined any BBB in any City where there is a Learning Annex and we maintain satisfactory ratings in every city.

As to this particular customer, our return policy is in writing in large print so there is no confusion. (There is no "fine print" and nothing printed on the back of the contract.) If for some reason the customer was confused, we would like an opportunity to respond, but there is no name or any other way we can identify the customer.
