If you've already read reports on this company, mines not any different. I was forced to close my Auto Repair Shop. I called LFG to see what it would take to cancel my lease. They were very rude, they told me my contract was non-cancellable. They wanted $2400 to end lease. They have since harrassed me by phone, they few times I answered they were very unproffesional. I tried to work with this company, and now my life is a living hell. Frequent letters and call's from their attourney Joseph Sussman.

Does the lease agreement contain a clause exempting you from the agreement if the business were to close?
Those are collection calls. That’s not harassment.
What are their deceptive practices?
