In January of 2009, signed a non-cancellable 60 month lease for credit card processing equipment. Equipment provided stopped working within days. Faulty Equipment was returned to company. No replacement equipment was provided. Now a New York Attorney is threatening to sue for the balance of the fifty some months that we did not have any equipment.
