Please read Report: #181596 by John from Tucson, Arizona.  I have read John's story and many other.  The same exact thing happen to me.  You first get a call how your company is on a Tier 5 level and you qualify for a low merchant rate.  A couple days later, a sales guy shows up to your business with his laptop to show you how much money he can save you with his lame spreadsheet program.

When I signed up, the sales rep from Integrity Payments System made promises to me.  He promised that I would have a better rate and would cover my termination fee with my current merchant if I switched to his company.  Since then, it's been a complete nightmare!  I've been having credit card terminal issues and customer service issues.  It takes me over a hour just to do ONE credit card transaction.   You can't run a business like that.  Even though I did save, it wasn't that much of a savings as he said it would be when I received and looked over my statement.  I've try many times to call my sale rep to find out if he is going to cover my termination fee.  He never returned one phone call when I left numerous messages about it.

After two months, I decided to called up Integrity Payment System and Lease Finance Group to tell them I needed to cancel because of all the issues I have had.  They explained to me that I couldn't and that I'm locked into a "Non-Cancelable Lease" for 4 years.  I felt like such an idiot that I got locked into a 4 year credit card terminal lease for $79/month. That's $3792.00!  I asked the person from LFG if I could get out of this agreement and I would pay for the credit card terminal.  They said it would cost $4300.00.  The machine doesn't even cost that much.  It's been a painful two months and now I'm stuck with a brand new credit card machine I won't be using.  I feel completely taken advantage of.

Do NOT do business with this company!  Just look at there rating on the Better Business Bureau. BBB on LPG.   I'm on board with John.  If there is a class action lawsuit with this company, I want in.  For now, I'm calling my bank to stop this company from debiting anymore money out of my account.

You have to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Chicago, your state and New York but the Attorney General in Chicago will get you out your lease. Go file a compliant immediately write a letter to the AG and LFG about how you were scammed make sure it is certified. Tell LFG that you writihng the letter to cancel the lease and stop payments. Close your checking account and open a new one if they call and harass you then turn them into the FCC. Make sure you tell them that LFG and your sale rep misrepresented the terms and conditions of the lease and their deceptive advertising as well as unauthorized debits from account and tell them that you had no idea that the lease was for 4 years. Also if your sales rep said that he was giving you a free trial of the credit card machine include that information too basicly inclkude every lie that LFG sales rep told you. And the Chicago AG will eliminate your lease with lease finance group.

The Chicago AG helped me get out of my lease in two months. I signed the lease in Aug 09 and once I realized I was con I contacted/googled jason of jason balloon creations Urbana, IL and he helped me get out of my lease and he is willing to help anyone 24/7 as long as you contact him he will help you too. On Sept. 16th 09 I sent LFG my letter of cancellation certified and filed my complaint with all Attorney General offices and in late october or early november 09 I received a letter from the chicago AG stating that LFG agreed to release me from any lease obligation.
Act now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys screwed me and took $4700 out of my checking account.  If there is a lawsuit, I am in!  They are rude and a bunch of crooks.  The Better Business Bureau gives them an F.  That is too good a rating!
