Lease Finance Group ripoff Chicago Illinois
I am a small home improvement business and the man who set me up to take credit cards didn't tell me anything about a lease that you couldn't terminate and now they are telling me that I am under a 4 year lease and have all ready reported me to the credit bureau. I think it is wrong for a company that has so many strikes against it to be able to report anything to the credit bureau and think something needs to be done about this outfit.
They also don't claim any responsibility for the sales man that set this up and even if he is a sub contractor are they not responsible for his actions while doing their business.
I do home improvements and if I have another contractor do something in someone home I am responsible for what ever they do.

Please check on subject of NPMG company, i saw one company was do very good publicity, so NPMG and CIT back down to cancel his contract or lease.
I think he suggestion is
1- File complaint with FTC website.
2- File complaint with General Attorney Office OF IL, Of the one where you live and the one the company sign up your contract.
3- File with BBB in IL and the one which company sign you up.
4- Call, write or email to your local news station, news paper, online news....
5- Let CIT and the company sign you up know what you do by email or fax them.
You have to fight them at the most their fear of, publicity. If everyone know what they do, they never can sign anyone up again.
These process will be slow but it will have great impact for time to come.
If your budget allow, you can use an Lawyer to file Lawsuit again their deceptive trade.
They will not do anything, it will go nowhere if you do nothing, many people filing complaint will make these company expose to investigation.
No way they can win in the court of law with jury seating trail.
