Lease Finance Group ripoff rude customer services and numerous rude phone calls Chicago Illinois
A salesman from a co called "Electronic Merchant Services" soliciting us to use a credit card machine for a small business we are just getting off the ground. When the gentlemen explained the equipment, he led us to believe the total monthly pymt for use of the machine would not exceed $89. On our first bank stmt we noticed 2 withdrawals totaling approx $125!!We had not even used the machine at that point. In making numerous phone calls, we discover that we had signed an agreement w/Lease Finance Group LLC & that they were also taking fees out for the equipment. We were never explained this portion of the agreement from the salesperson.
We then called Lease Finance Group LLC to inform them we were not told of the total amt it would cost for the equipment.
The customer service reps were rude & said "no way can you close this agreement & must continue to make payments".
They continue to call on a daily basis at least 7 times & we have explained that we want to return the equipment & the refuse to give us instruction on how to do so.
I have never experienced the rude, unprofessional service from any company I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how these people can remain to be in business.

Trying to talk to these Leech leasing company is wasting your time. When they can suck money out of your bank, they will not stop at any thing.
Let do something, they will try to find you to solve the matter.
I have a cousin stuck in the same situation; that company has to talk to him to terminate the lease.
The process may take time and patient, if you do not have those, you can not win this scammer.
He files complaint with BBB with AZ and IL.
Next he files complaint with FTC.
Then complaint with TX, IL, AZ General Attorney Office ( they all reply to his complaint, even these company do send letter to these Office said, they already reaching settle with him, so it do have effect).
Send email to any media news you think of, let them know what you are doing. Do not emphasize your case, need to focus on 1500% make up on the lease.
Any contact to these company need to let them know you record it. Letter need to mail by registered mail, give them a deadline to response to your case.
Most local TV and Radio station has consumer help line, if the company signs you up is locally, get the name and the problem to them, show them the complaint in this site to them.
Please update the leasing and the company you sign up by email, mail, fax If they can call you many time, you can do the same way to them.
I think one suggest from other people in this site, it will be most effect if you can show up in the front of their office to hold sign to protect them. They have to settle ASAP, because they do not want it on the news.
