This company has been debiting our business bank account for last nine years in the amount of $24.99. We initially thought that this fee is related to our merchant account. After recently closing our business account and cancelling our merchant account we realized that there is still a debit of 24.99 per month. We asked our bank to stop payment for these charges.

We recently received a letter on 8/20/2009 from Golden Eagle asking us to give them our new company account number so they can start debiting it again. I have called the phone number and spoke to a rep who told me that I have signed a non cancellable equipment agreement which allows them to charge forever. I asked him to send me a copy of the agreement and also send me the options I have to cancel the agreement after 9 years. The initial agreement was for 48 months. They sent me a copy of the agreement without any options on how to cancel the agreement and it appears to be forged and somehow has my signature on it but hardly legible. All the other writing on the agreement is not mine. I have saved all the documents I signed from 2000 and this agreement was totally different from what I have. I have copies of all these documents and I can prove it that it is fraudulent. My agreement was with Cardservice International and they sent me an amendment to the agreement which listed Golden Eagle on October 13th whereas the document I have received recently which they claim as an agreement is dated and stamped October 18th 2000. How is it possible that the amendment was made before the actual agreement was signed. At the time when I signed the amendment it appeared to me that the amendment was for the Cardservice International.

I will be working diligently to report this company to the authorities.
