Complaint Review: LEASECOMM CORPORATION

I was in business school in 1996 one day I saw a comercial on TV asking if one want to start a home business with little or no over head. after calling the 800# I was told that I could start a home business for $ 2,100.00 I thought it was a good thing I was told that all I have to do is come up with a company name and they would do the rest. I was told that there were some papers for me to singe and to send in the deposit and then make payments every months for three years and I would be onthe way to become a millinor. Well within three days I received some books and tapes along with a credit card mechine telling me how to start a business. I call them and said that this is not what Ithey told me they said that I was starting a business and not receiveing books on how to start a business. I said that I was sending back their books and want my money back.

About three years later I receive summons to go to court and or to give diposition after three years the case was evacated but as of this day I am still receiving mails from LEASECOMM my credit is also mess up I am in every major credit burea.

This is very stressful and painful for I am unable to get credit because off Leasecomm I think something need to be done to such company
I think their behavior is Fraudlent, Dishonest and over all not legal at all.
