Complaint Review: Leasecomm Corporation

I accquired an Internet credit card merchant service on a lease by Leasecomm, I never received the equipment per lease agreement and the service on the Internet never worked as promissed in the sales presentation. By the time I came to the realization that Leasecomm would not perform, I was already out of more than two thousand dollars. Leasecomm would not cancel the lease they said my lease is a non-cancelable lease.

I stoped making payments and my problems escalated with Leasecomm, I was harassed by Leasecomm at my place of work, at home, some times I received five to six calls per day, and was told if I didn't pay, Leasecomm would make sure my credit would be ruined, not long after that I was notified that Leasecomm had reported me to all major credit reporting agencies for none payment of their lease. Not only did I got ripped off of money but my credit also was ruined by Leasecomm.

Leasecomm is a con artist of the first degree. Leasecomm misrepresented their services and used deceptive marketing practices. We need to stop Leasecomm with a class action suit before Leasecomm rips off other good law abiding citizens.
