Around 2001 or 2002 I responded to an advertisment in the local paper. It said "Start your own business for only $500" It was for candy and gum machines to place in local business. I responded to their ad and I sent them $500 along with the contract. I than received a call saying they would not send or release the equipment until an additional $2500-3000 was sent. I than realized that I had been had. I sent no more money and thought that it would be the end of it and I had lost my $500 and learned a lesson. However, December of this year (2007) the Sheriff department delivered a Notice of taking depositions Duces Tecum in aid of execution. Calling the Attorney of record, they would not give me a copy of the lease, that had been signed so long ago, and that I must make a deposition as LeaseComm Corporation had secured a Judgement on me through the County Court in Brownard County. Neither would he inform me of the amount of the Judgement. My deposition date has not been set as yet, but the Attorney told me that he is busy gathering as many of the people in the area, that have also had Judgements against them and he likes doing as many as he can at the same time. How does one get a judgement on equipment that was never received, used or even laid eyes on! I will update this report once I been ordered to appear the the deposition.

LEASECOMM DOES WHATS CALLED NON-CANCELABLE LEASE AGREEMENTS. THAT WAS ON TOP OF THE CONTRACT IN BIG BOLD LETTERS. ANY OTHER COSTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY WOULD HAVE BEEN DETAILED IN THE BODY OF THE CONTRACT. BUT SINCE YOU DIDNT NOTICE THE BIG BOLD LETTERS ON TOP OF THE CONTRACT, I DOUBT IF YOU READ THE REST OF IT! NEXT TIME THERE IS A CONTRACT TO BE SIGNED, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER READING IT & UNDERSTANDING IT BEFORE SIGNING! OTHERWISE YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE DO IT FOR YOU!
