Leasecomm/MicroFinancial does not conduct business in the USA in a fashion that justifies their continued support and use.

On a statement I received from them, dated August 24, 2001, a balance was reflected as due. On a separate letter in the same time frame, I received a different balance due. When I asked for an explanation, the response was that Leasecomm bills for charges that will surely arise in the following month.

I paid the balance due as reflected in the letter via certified mail, received by Leasecomm on August 28, 2001, as evidenced by the signed certified receipt.

In a separate communication, I received 2 distinct amounts to remit in the event I chose to pay off the account. These 2 sums were entirely different and did not reflect the payment made as cited above. The letter rendered regarding payoff was issued well after the receipt of the payment as a result of said cited letter.

When questioned about the balance/s due, Leasecomm provided no response. When communications were directed by me to consumer services at Leasecomm, they, too, saw fit not to respond.

Any and all business with Leasecomm/MicroFinancial, directly or through any company that conducts business with them, should not be considered by any party at any time for any purpose. Conducting business with these unscrupulous groups and combinations is a direct request to be ripped off, ignored and attacked through their sell-out groups of attorneys.
