Complaint Review: Leasecomm

Leasecomm is a rip-off. I cannot believe that in America a company can treat consumers this way. I entered into a contract with Leasecomm through a friend. On my drive home I decided that I did not want to do this. Therefore, I immediately called my friend and cancelled the contract. I wrote Leasecomm and informed me that I was cancelling my account. However, I never received a reply.

I emailed and telephoned them. Several months later, Leasecomm started taking money out of my checking account. Went to the bank and was told to cancel account.

Now, Leasecomm is calling me at home and at work. Leasecom have told all of my coworkers why they are calling me. As a matter of fact, one of my coworkers told me that Leasecomm had sued me and that they had won the case in the state of MA. Until that moment, I never knew I had been sued. How can I be sued without any knowledge of the law suit? Can this be done? Is it legal?. How can this happen in this country. I need help. I need to get out of this.

This is the most corrupt company that I have ever known. They will lie, cheat, use scare tactics and try to intimidate you to make you pay. If there is anyone out there with any insight into this company, please help me.
