Leasecomm ripoff Waltham Maine
Leasecomm sold me a machine to take credit cards over the internet for a ecommerce business and promise to help me build a web site for my ecommerce business. I never forget the gentleman I talked to his name was Mike and he promised me a 18 page website if I brought the machine. A paper came with the machine and he told me to call him when I got the machine and he would tell me what to do next.
I called him and he told me not to tell the people that activated the machine that he promised me anything or they would ask to many questions about what he promised. I didn't care because I was going to have my website up and running. That have been almost 4 years ago and no website even after numerous calls, tried to cancel serveral times and been sent from one person to another, but they still take their payment out of my checking every month of $68.50 plus extra charges. Please tell me what to do to get my money back their machine has never been taken out the box, because their never gave what they promised a 18 page website.

There is a way to stop Leasecomm

Go to www.ftc.gov. I want you to go up to the top to where is says search. Type in "Leasecomm" exactly that way, and scroll through the many things you will find on them until you find the injunctive order by a Federal Court. They were banned about a year ago from doing to other people just what they have been doing to you.
When you find that I would suggest that you take that to an attorney and have him/her call Leasecomm and have them stop payments right away and also they may have to refund your money from all of those years. I am shock to see that they are still continuing to do business that same way as always even after the court order almost a year ago. I really hope that this helps you out. It did me and my husband.
