LEASECOMM ripoff Woburn Massachusetts
Leasecomm has used scamm artists to sell their lease equipment, I recieved some equipment that i can't even use, I didn't even know I had ordered any equipment. The scam they used was IGP, the "institute of Golbal prosperity" they were scam artis. I found out that some of the people they used had federal prison records, and some were running from prosicution by the FEDS.
I thought I was pretty smart but they out smarted me. I have a bill for $4,000 that has massed up my credit.
I now have something going to try and shut them down. The uniform commerical code law. I have copyrighted my name and every time they use my name for moneytary gain i sent them a self exicuting contract that bounds them and they owe me $500,000 every time they use my name, and that is legal. you need to look in to this. There is a way to stop Leasecomm

Please look at the complaint that I filed on July 30, 2004. It will explain how you go about stopping them. I would also like to say that Leasecomm was court ordered not only to stop colletions and vacate judgments, they were court ordered to remove any negative reports from our credit reports and stop all of the inquiries. I am going to respond to as many people as I can. On top of that the court order included stipulations that we all may be entitled to damages from Leasecomm. My husand and I are going to hire an attorney and I would suggest that we all do.
