LeasePlacer.com Amir Solatikan Auto Embezzlement Los Angeles California
If you are contacted by LeasePlacer.com DO NOT do business with them. They came to my house claiming they could sub lease my vehicle to a third party, guaranteeing payment of the vehicle note, insurance, etc. They provided a legal contract and took my car. Since that time I have only received a couple of payments and despite all my contacts with them, they just don't return my calls. Payments have not been made at all and they told me they will not return my car to me.
Per the police department I need to file an Embezzled Vehicle report which I am doing, however, there is no guarantee that I will ever recover the vehicle or the costs I am out.

I'm in the same situation as you are. Would like to get some suggestions as to how to handle the situation. What's your email address?
