I bought a $900 leather chair from Leath in 2005 and added the warranty. We have put up with the chair being a piece of junk for awhile. The bottom of the seat is ripping out, exposing the springs and ripping up the bottom of the seat cushion. I knew the Rockford Leath store closed, but when I tried to contact someone to use my 5-year coverage, no numbers worked or at least led me to someone who could direct me to help.

Leath should have contacted all those with warranties to give refunds or passed those warranties to another company to cover. I hear that even if you did request a refund, Leath never came through with it.

More then a refund on the warranty, I want a $900 leather chair that is worth $900. If someone out there is going after Leath for ANYTHING...I'm in.

No wonder they went out of business.
