I ordered a ladies Leather Matrix trench coat from this company that I received the beginning of last week. Pursuant to my e-mails with Edd Ali in sales, it was to be made to my measurements. The coat I received is not only a different style, but it is not to my measurements. In fact, it is way too big and appears to be a men's coat. I have made several attempts to contact Leather Attracts regarding this issue, including e-mails to both Edd Ali and "sales," but they refuse to respond. I would be very wary of this company for their products and service are not as advertised.
