On July 24 I placed an order for a leather jacket after several email questions with "Bill Allen" AKA Abdul Ahmed. Three weeks went by and I had still not received an order confirmation even tho my bank card was charged immediately. I finally received a notice of "order incomplete". Over 30 emails were sent, no response. Over 20 phone calls were made, they never answer their phone. I filed a fraud complaint with Master Card, they informed me that they would send a letter and the company had 42 days to respond. On the 42nd day my bank issued me a credit, and would you know that Leather sent me an email saying that my order status had been changed to " awaiting fulfillment ". Run don't walk away from this company.
