Crystal Scott has committed LIBLE against our company; She posted negative reviews about us ( on several site where she claims to have been a customer that received bad service), she has made threats, made racist comments (because we are a minority owned business), prank called us, emailed us over 60 times, called our office more than 20 times and continues to post false reviews about us despite the fact that the Marion County Police has informed her to STAY AWAY and STOP her games!!!!!
This report is not to bad mouth the services provided by this company, but more so to defend the fact that Leave The Mess To The Best has posted negative reviews about our company and tried to ruin our good reputation.
Our company has been the target of this competitors JELOUSE RAGE!!!!
Crystal first called our office on 9-4-07 (our phone logs shows she called from 317-786-4537 at 12:45pm) to say that we were over posting on Craig's list, ironically on this same day several negative reviews were posted about our company on the internet.
After trying to investigate who this other cleaning company was, we noticed that the wording on their website was word-for-word like ours. We called Leave The Mess To The Best and tried to speak to them about this- at no point did we make any threats, it was simply a call!
Since then, Crystal has made threats, made racist comments ( like the N word), called us over 20 times, emailed us over 60 times, and has said that she would TAKE US AND OUR BUSINESS DOWN- all of her false reviews show that she is busy ATTEMPTING to do just that!
Currently, we are waiting to hear from Mrs. Crystal Scott's lawyers in hopes to resolve this matter. We have made it clear to her that we will no longer deal with her and will only deal with her lawyer because of her continued harassment and threats.

Gloria, we have documentation and evidence that people have actually seen. The police have seen it, the BBB has seen it, the attorney general's office has seen it, and other agencies as well as customers. Everyone agrees that you are a jealous, evil person who obviously is very angry that you have competiton in your area and have felt you have the right to go around pretending to be someone.
You were told Crystal was the owner because we knew your questions and intentions were no good. We knew you would take the information given to you by us and twist it into something to benefit yourself. And look! You did exactly that! You may believe that your reports and accusations are right but honey, lots of people are seeing past your lies and malicious behavior and seeing straight to the truth.
Since discovering the type of person you are and finding evidence of your corruption, we have had many people call our office and send emails supporting us. Noone has called you and it is funny that even while speaking with the detective, he knows you were calling us as many as 10 times in one day. We have had each call you have made to our office traced with the phone company for harassment and prosecution. You really need to look at the facts and get your head out of the clouds. What type of person does it take to be as malicious as you? Did you really believe by making the bogus claims against us that you would get away with it? Did you really believe that the truth would not come out?
I strongly believe in Karma, and it always comes back around. You really need help Gloria If this is the way you handle your competition, you have no business running or owning a company! The number we posted and the address posted is in fact the correct information for the owner of Midwest Cleaning Pros. Gloria.
She has called our office from that number several times, as well as answers it "cleaning services".

By the way, Gloria, your IP addresses have all been reported to the proper channels for harassment/spam and cyber stalking. Gloria contiued to flag our ads off of craigslist until we notified them and installed the IP counter. We have her IP recorded viewing our ad on craigslist over 33 times in less than 1 hour! Gloria, I am married. Thanks for the thought but I am not interested. Please stop stalking me. You will not be able to view our site. You are blocked indefinantly.
Also, the claims you are making that we filed the report against you on 9-4-07, what if I tell you that we have evidence to support that our office staff was not in the office at the time this was posted and we can provide a solid alibi. We have offered this as well to the police. Anytime you would like this evidence, we will be more than happy to provide it to you.
