I bought a Lazy Boy Chair in Farmers Branch, Texas. The store manager Troy 972-980-0686 said that I had to go through Lebco Industries, since I bought the extended warranty. When I bought the chair, I advised the purpose of the recliner, as I can't sleep in a bed. I filed a claim and a Lebco employee came to my home last week of May, 2012. He said the springs broke, causing the cushion to be damaged. Now Angel called me today saying that they won't help a Disabled Person. American with Disabilities Act - I'm asking the company to comply with my disabilites, and I was told it would be ordered and repaired in home. Now they changed their mind and refused to give me the Executives Office. I was told do what you have to do "We don't Care"!
