On February 2, 2012 we drove the 2 hour drive to Bangor, to get our German shepherd puppy from Kevin. He seemed like a nice guy and was helpful. When we got there we drove down his driveway and was greeted by a loose German shepherd running at our truck. Dogs were barking off the hook. A horse was trying to get water out of his bucket but it was all frozen. My uncle couldn't Handle it so he went back to the truck. We talked to Kevin for a few minutes, then made us stay outside while he went into his beat down barn. We expected to see about a 20 pound 9 week old puppy running out to meet us. No. Instead we saw a tiny 6 pound dog that looked no older than 5 weeks. He was shivering and was cold. He had food pellets covering his feet. Kevin said, "I didn't have time to give him a bath" he looked so scared. We said "look you said $2000, is that final?" then Kevin said, "well he is dirty. I'll sell him for $1500 including tax." we felt so bad for the puppy, we couldn't leave him. Thank god we didn't. We brought him to the vet. The vet was shocked at how small he was. He weighed in at 7 lbs. we had him for a week and a half. His b12 vitamins were so low. We gave him a shot every week for 8 weeks. The vet said he would have died if we left him there. Also Kevin hasn't given us our akc papers. And it's now may 2012. We contacted the attorney generals. Hopefully we can resolve this. Kevin has been very disrespectful to me. Also has been avoiding talking to me about where our puppies papers are. Just recently we found out that he was arrested, and heard rumors that he hasn't had a kennel license since April 2011. I very much hope that i can come to terms with kevin. I just want my registration. Kevin, if you see this, email me. I really want my puppies papers. We can settle this without going to court. I just want the papers. Email me.

I jumped the gun on this one. I overreacted, and had no patience. I did not give Kevin a chance to resolve this before i posted this. Kevin is sending the papers to me, and I appreciate it. The dog I got from him is great, and I am even training him for schutzhund at the msc! He is good, just another example of Kevin's great breeding.
Thanks!

Good boy, Cullen. Now see how much better things go when you act Luke an adult and not a spoiled child. This should be a lesson for you. Vitriol will not get you far in life.

Kevin and I have talked. We have come to an agreement. He stated that there was a delay in the sires registration. Kevin assured me that I will get my papers in two weeks. He was more respectful and I am thankful for that. This has definitely been turned around. We have come to terms. I don't stop anyone from purchasing a dog from him if you want an akc registered puppy.

I was shocked by reading this report. This is a report written by Cullen Dagget, a 12 or 13 year old kid. This same kid has posted on my Facebook page about what a wonderful and smart puppy he got from me. Only a few weeks ago, Cullen contacted me about getting another German Shepherd. If the first one was so bad, why on earth would he want another? Cullen has never contacted me about any problem with his puppy. Cullen should be more respectful and learn to discuss concerns rather then vent in a public forum with hatefulness. Finally, if anyone would like to know what folks really think of my German Shepherds, please feel free to visit my Lebenshunger Facebook page at www.facebook.com/dshund
