Complaint Review: LeBlanc Limo Service

Well, where to start.  Hmm difficult given what we went through.

In the fall of 2011, 12 of us decided to take a Cruise out of Miami in January.  The 12 of us thought it would be great to travel together and we arranged a one night stay at a great little eclectic  hotel in South Beach (the Clay Hotel) prior to our cruise.

In that all of us wanted to travel together we thought it would be great to do it in luxury style ie via Lime transport from Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Clay Hotel, from the Clay Hotel the following day to the Miami Cruise Port and then at the end of the cruise from the cruise port in Miami to the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

This being said we contacted LeBlanc Limo Service and they guaranteed us that they had a luxury Limo Van that could transport all of us to and from ahe airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the Miami Cruise Port and from the Cruise Port to the Fort Lauderdale Airport upon our return from the cruise. 

The air flight was great to and from Toronto to Ft. Lauderdale and return, the hotel (the Clay a little eclectic hotel in South Beach inexpensive. clean and cheap, right on Esponola Way) was great and the cruise fantastic.

What happened in between with LeBlanc Limo was a nightmare.  Firstly they have no 12 person Luxury Van.  They picked the 12 of us from the Ft. Lauderdale in 2 normal Limos and one stretch (that badly needed new springs, the worse ride ever made me feel ill but I was fine on the ocean, that is how much rocking and rolling there was). It continues next day only 2 limos showed up (No luxury Van) and on our return from the cruise no limos.  We had to find our own way to the airport.  At all costs avoid LeBlanc Limo.  If you use the remind them they owe me $189.00
