LECTHERS -going out business rip-off fraud Bablyon Long Island
today 10-28-2001, i went to Lecther's going out of business sale,
everything 15% off the lowest price. all items were remarked.
I went to the register and asked which is the lowest sticker
price the "new" price or the price underneath it..
The clerk said the "new price ... they changed all the prices". I said this cookie press was 19.99, now its 24.99, even with the 15% it's still more expensive. He shrugged his shoulders and
nodded. Cookie racks had a 12.99 sticker over the original 9.99
price. This going out of business sale is a RIP-OFF!
