I purchased an electric longboard for $457 on the 13th of Oct, 2018 and received it on the 18th. I opened it immediately in excitement and went outside to try it out. The board had signal/power loss and would lose connecetion leaving you stranded to walk the board. back. I contacted them immediately and asked what I could do to resolve the issue or if it was something greater.

They told me to pull apart the board and check for lose or borken wires and then to electrical taple them (FIrst red flag). This didn't work but I did take some pictures of the smashed wires I found in the board. Another week goes by and they told me to drop it off at a house for repair which I did and took pics of the delivery.

That was the last I have heard from them so I am now filing a claim with the court to retrieve my money back. I paid $457 for a board I don't even have anymore and what's worse is their main customers are college students who are typically low income. I think everyone should be aware of this company. Can you imagine if this was a Chirstmas or Birthday present for someone and the headache that would follow?
