Complaint Review: LED Global Corporation

My name is Michael **** and I do not post anonymously on the Internet. When I have something to say I post with my full name... I am not a disgruntled former employee... I was a contractor who introduced LED Global products and services to many large companies in Los Angeles. The truth is that there was one objection I could not get past... and that was how a start-up company could warranty a product for ten years.

I found this product difficult to sell because there was no solid answer for this question. I wrote an article about this that I put my name on and I stand by the assertions in that article. Once I found that I could not make money I moved on to greener pastures and like I said in the article I expect to find Robert Das and Saila Smith somewhere on the green landscape in the future. Once I decided to move on I have not given them a second thought and I certainly can't justify spending my time on a business model that doesn't bare fruit.

I only learned about this report by being contacted by one of their former employees who is suing them in Small Claims Court or I wouldn't even know that Robert and Saila had written terrible things about me. They are a charming couple that may yet make themselves relevant on the Green Energy landscape. I spent a lot of my hard earned dollars and more importantly my time promoting Robert and Saila in the local Los Angeles Community.

I accepted a "commission only" gig from them and I do not hold a grudge against them that we weren't more successful. Through the course of my time spent working with them I was able to learn a lot more about green energy that will come through in my articles that are posted in thousands of places on the Internet and in two "in print" publications in the local Los Angeles market.

I wish them all the best in their endeavors and hope they can become relevant in the Green Energy Marketplace as the world needs more Eco-warriors.  

I see there is actually pretty impressive info on the web regarding Robert Das and Saila Smith! Smith is a real professional. Just look at her online profiles. So sad really...

Das on the other hand posted on the "Go Big Network". Is this how he received over a billion dollars through GE Capital?  I recall in training how they lied about two of their supposed clients. One was Westfield Malls, the other Pasadena City College, which after surfing the web some more, I saw that another LED company won the project!  Just more lies and fraud it looks like!

Saila Smith and Robert Das are absolutely terrible people!!! They hired me and gave me 45 days to meet my 1st milestone. 

Unfortunately they ended our relationship after a few days of work. They wanted me to bulldoze my contacts into setting up meetings ASAP and that is not how I operate. They want you to bring them your leads, your contacts and then they will find some reason to let you go and then they will reach out to your contacts.

What they do not realize is that they will never do business like that because all of the contacts know and trust me. These people truly are the worst individuals I have ever met and I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering working for them to think again. They sucked me in with the promise of $ but trust me it will never come. 

Also, Robert Das is a very tiny man (5 ft) so he has a small man complex. And Saila Smith has fake breasts which you can draw your own conclusions from. Or I will just say she is way too insecure. They both have been divorced more than once, probably because any normal person would not be able to stand the lies. 

This particular individual never made it out of orientation because of his incompetence and is too much of a coward to come forward with his full name.  He was never an LED Global Corp employee.  I don't have the time nor the desire to dignify his lame and completely false claims with a proper response.  Bottom line, any of you reading this, please search for Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Donald Trump or anyone else who is a somebody on this site and you will see tons of negative postings about each and every one of them.  Those of you that are intelligent will not believe all these ridiculous and completely false statements that ARE NOT VERIFIED AND AUTHENTICATED BY ANY THIRD PARTY. These folks still remain unemployed, are bitter and have way too much time on their hands!

I am a former employee of LED Global Corp and I can tell readers that from my personal experience I agree with the negative comments made against LED Global Corp, Saila Smith and Robert Das.

I believe that this company is merely a bait and switch game and has been lying to employees and clients from day one, in my opinion. They never produced any tangible proof or legitimate testing regarding their technologies and I was told Robert is not an attorney, although he says he is..who knows..bottom line is that when you google LED Global Corp, Saila Smith or Robert Das all you will find are negative comments and experiences such as the ones written here and one written by a former and beloved employee:

I particularly like how Saila Smith comments in one of the posts that the author divulged her real name which she claims is against the law. I guess she implicated herself since she did the same thing in her first response by naming a former employee without any proof!

I was also informed that one of their LED lights exploded when plugged in. In my opinion they just make nonsense up and hope someone is dumb enough to bite. Do your homework and heed my words.

The information published on this report is not accurate at all.  LGC has had its set of non performing business development executives that we have had to release over the past six months.  As typical with any performance evaluation process, LGC defined the expected roles and responsibilities and set actual performance goals mutually agreed with these sales executives.  As such, LGC terminated the agreements with our non performing sales executives.

The posting in this forum is from one such former business development executive.  We believe we know who this individual is and as such we will proceed with our legal counsel to pursue the appropriate due process that is required against this individual.

As typical with individuals when they remain anonymous while posting such posts and do not come forward with their identity are very simply just that...cowards.  This individual is a coward and will not divulge their identity and will not take ownership and responsibility for posting such false information however they believe they are justified to post the identity information of other individuals in a public forum which is against the law.

Bottom line, a) LGC has not had any unhappy customers at all, b) our products have had zero defects across all of our installations and c) our business is expanding in other segments of clean energy.

This company has engaged in fraud over and over and is on its last legs. They cannot back up their product lies with any reliable technical information. They have no proof their LED lights last 100,000 hours as their website claims and they have sales reps working for free and unknowingly lying on the company's behalf.  Even the largest LED manufacturers in the world do not claim 100,000 hour life span.  This company has misrepresented itself and will soon have to face the law.

I have personally spoken with an ex-partner of Sumon "Robert" Das and Saila "Smith" aka Sattar Leiter. They use alias's and have no connection to GE Capital or any such funding where they claim is over $1 billion dollars, as suggested by their website and company paperwork.

Their LED products have been viewed by experts in the field and have received negative reviews. Saila Smith has posted numerous job opportunities for LED Global Corp but with a response to her personal Gmail account, not her work email, where she offers a $60,000 base salary.  This is the bait and switch as you can see two examples below.  Once hired, they will not honor this $60,000 salary and give you unreachable goals in order not to pay you the salary that is posted online. They have also taken down their Monster.com job opportunity because this is a bait and switch operation.

The couple works out of a live-in/work space in Downtown Los Angeles and simply hires people then fires them once the pair has collected useful industry contacts or if too many questions are asked. The pair was chased out of New York City and I would hope all parties engaging with them to do your due diligence.  You'll be happy you avoided this duplicitous pair.
