hi , i am in the process of recovering my money , i purchased a light from this place and guess what , i didnt get what i ordered either , i have sent the light back and filed my case with pay pal , after reading these reports the day i placed my order in fact about 10 mins after i ordered , i made calls and so far so good , i have pay pal on my side and i used tracking numbers , i did not pay with my credit card so the funds have been placed on hold , yes they didnt get my money yet and already im waiting on a refund , bad business practices , thats what i see so far , however they are due a fair shake so i will update this report in about 10 more days to let everyone know how it worked out for me

my 352.08 has been returned to my bank account as of today , thanks to pay pal and its devoted staff , i was not a victim this time , please do not conduct any transactions with mike or ricky or eric at led outfitters, i know i will never again buy from anyone without checking ripoffreports.com thank you pay pal and i would like to thank led outfitters for my 352.08 which i will spend at another store that i dont read about on ripoffreports.com p.s. i would love to tell you what i think about led oufitters but i cant use that language here
