I ordered a dash light for my vehicle and my credit card was charged.  When I contacted them after not hearing or receiving anything, they stated that it shipped and that they would email me a tracking number.  The email never came. 

I contacted them again and they said that it was never completed and that they would expedite the order and include a free light for the hassle.  They said that I would get an email with the information and tracking number by the end of the day.  Nothing.

Now when I call, my phone can only get through 1 in 10 times.  I called from my wife's phone and it went right through - only the customer service extension goes to voice mail.  I have left messages, email and posts on their website with no response.

I just want my money back. 

They sure picked a nice group of people to scam - fire fighters, police officers, and EMT's.
