LED OUTFITTERS WON'T ANSWER CALLS,WONT RETURN CALLS,ABSOLUTLEY WON'T COMUNICATE, i RETURNED A LIGHT BAR BACK IN jAN.2010 AND STILL NO REFUND! great neck, New York
Bought a Saber light bar on Jan.4,2010.Recieved wrong color(my fault,ordered wrong color-blue).Returned light bar on Jan.12th. for a color switch to amber.
Still no light bar as of Feb.!st. 2010. So I statred to call&call&call&e-mail&e-mail. I did finally reach a real person on Feb.15 (Presidents Day), he said no one was in the returns dept. because it was Pres. Day!! I contnued to call, probably over 30 times now, e-mailed probably over 15 times! Phone is almost always busy or you have to leave a message.
A Rick did finally e-mail on Feb. 25th. asking for a tracking number which I promptly e-mailed back. Thats the last contact from them.
My lawyer has written them, I filed a BBB report with state of N.Y., I called the Great Neck police Dept., and now a report to Rip-off.com>
It's obvious they have the art of the Rip-off down to an art form! Cheating honest people out of their hard earned money! Evidently they are too incompentent to run a honest business? DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these kids, they are low life CROOKS!!!!!
